Immerse yourself in an extraordinary dining experience right in the middle of an apple orchard facing the front range mountains. Indulge in a luxurious multi-course dining experience, expertly crafted by our top chefs. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to showcase the finest produce from local farms, perfectly complemented by our succulent produce right from Ya Ya Farm & Orchard. Revel in the beauty of this farm and the unique flavors, all while connecting with the land and the story behind your meal.

  • Ticket prices include food/drink pairings during the farm tour, a five-course family-style dinner, and drinks (alcohol and non-alcoholic)

  • Tickets are only available to ages 21+

          • A cocktail/mocktail that combines zesty multi-citrus lemonade with the sweet, subtle notes of fresh pear, infused with the smooth character of Kanosuke whisky (alcoholic). This refreshing and sophisticated drink delivers a perfect harmony of tart and sweet flavors in every sip.

          • A cocktail/mocktail that seamlessly blends the allure of Kanosuke Single Malt whisky (alcoholic) with a lively falltime apple lemonade punch.

  • 5:15 PM - 6:00 PM Farm Tour & Food/Drink Pairings

    • Revel in the beauty of the bison ranch and the unique flavors, all while connecting with the land and the story behind your food & drink pairings.

  • 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM Dinner With The Bison

    • Five-course meal served family-style. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to showcase the finest produce from local farms, perfectly complemented by our succulent bison sourced from the ranch

Chef Tajahi Cooke:

Chef Tajahi Cooke, known as Taj, is a prominent figure in Denver's culinary scene, celebrated for his dedication to authenticity and community. As the chef/owner of Ms. Betty’s Cooking, named after his grandmother who inspired his passion for food, Taj has earned accolades such as being a 2019 "Top of the Town" nominee by 5280 Magazine, a Denver7 Everyday Hero, and a 2022 Denver Rising Star by StarChefs. His culinary expertise has taken him from working in top Denver restaurants to cooking for Grammy-nominated artists like Rebelution and the Marley family. He also showcased his skills on the national stage as a contestant on Food Network's Chopped.

Taj's influence extends beyond the kitchen; he's a board member for Warren Tech Culinary School and an ambassador for The Emily Griffith Quickstart Culinary Program. He spearheaded the "Chef Kitchen" residency program at Freedom Street Social, providing a platform for emerging chefs. With deep roots in his Jamaican heritage, Taj uses food not just to create memorable dishes but to foster community connections and support local initiatives, such as Ms. Betty’s Harvest Madsgiving
